Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in the roller skating coaching service. By enrolling in the class, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, as well as the accompanying waiver and release of responsibility.

1.     Enrollment and Participation: a. To enroll in the roller skating coaching service, you must meet the specified age and skill requirements as communicated by the coaching service provider. b. Participation in the coaching sessions is entirely voluntary, and you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with roller skating.

2.     Waiver and Release of Responsibility: a. By enrolling in the roller skating coaching service, you acknowledge that roller skating involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury or damage to yourself or others. b. You understand that Skating Evolution and its representatives are not responsible for any physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, or other harm that may occur as a result of your participation in the roller skating activity. c. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with roller skating and release Skating Evolution from any liability or claims arising from your participation. d. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically able and properly trained to engage in roller skating activities. e. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to waive any right to bring legal action against Skating Evolution for personal injury or property damage. f. Skating Evolution is not liable for any errors, omissions, or actions of third parties involved in the roller skating coaching service. g. You understand that this release of responsibility remains in effect for the duration of your participation in the roller skating activity.

3.     Safety Guidelines and Conduct: a. You agree to follow all safety guidelines, instructions, and rules provided by Skating Evolution and its instructors. b. You will conduct yourself in a responsible and respectful manner during the coaching sessions, ensuring the safety and well-being of yourself and others. c. Any behavior that poses a risk to yourself, others, or the smooth operation of the coaching sessions may result in your removal from the program without a refund.

4.     Payment and Refunds: a. The fees for the roller skating coaching service are as specified by Skating Evolution and must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the sessions. b. No refunds will be given for voluntary withdrawal or absence from the sessions.

5.     Schedule and Session Changes: a. Skating Evolution reserves the right to modify the schedule, timing, or location of the coaching sessions if necessary. Notice of any changes will be provided in a timely manner. b. In the event of a session cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, Skating Evolution will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session or provide suitable alternatives, provided that a minimum notice of 24 hours is given by the participant.

6.     Intellectual Property: a. All intellectual property, including but not limited to instructional materials, videos, and other resources provided during the coaching sessions, are the exclusive property of Skating Evolution. b. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use any of the intellectual property for any purpose without the prior written consent of Skating Evolution.

7.     Personal Belongings: a. Skating Evolution is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to the coaching sessions. It is your responsibility to secure and keep track of your belongings.

8.     Termination: a. Skating Evolution reserves the right to terminate your participation in the coaching service if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions, exhibit disruptive behavior, or pose a risk to yourself or others. b. In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.

9.     Governing Law and Jurisdiction: a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Skating Evolution is located. b. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

10. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Skating Evolution regarding the roller skating coaching service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By enrolling in the roller skating sessions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
